Portraits are about a relationship. We keep the images of people we love and with whom we have a special connection. We give our portrait to those to whom we want to say “I love you” and “I am here for you”.
And also to those with whom we want to keep our relationship strong.
Lens of Love is a charity service of Parasol Photography. It gives the gift of photography to sick parents who wish to affirm their relationship with their children in a difficult time, and so give them a small but important visual mark of their love. Parent(s) – and their families – will receive a portrait, done in a way to convey their legacy. It may be a portrait of themselves, or together with their families. In their home, on location, in a studio or any place of their choice.
If you are a parent who wishes to give this visual message of love to your children, or you know someone who would benefit from it, contact me. I would be very happy to contribute my time and talent to document this lasting relationship with a free photo session. My contribution will include a free 8″x11″ print of one image of your choice from your photo session.
More prints or cards are available and will be have to be ordered through a photo lab, at their own prices; however, you are not obligated to order those additional products.
